Manchester United was defeated by the Bayern Munich. Rooney a top class striker of Manchester United is facing a big problem with his ankle injury. Van Basten who was the most feared striker in the world once was disgusted by the decision of Alex Ferguson, the manager of the Manchester United. Though Rooney told that he was fit, but he has not fully recovered from his ankle injury. Rooney should have been kept under rest for the treatment of his injury.
